Life at The Premiere at Dana Park means access to resort-style amenities including a heated pool and spa, 24-hour fitness center, outdoor yoga studio, dog park, gas barbecue grills, outdoor fireplace, on-site bike storage, coffee bar, gated community access, EV charging stations, parcel lockers, covered parking, and flexible lease terms.
The maintenance team conducts a thorough inspection to ensure that your new home is in perfect working order. Prior to your move-in, the home will receive a professional cleaning and sanitization. The leasing team will then walk you through your new home to confirm our standards have been met, and we’ll provide a welcome kit with essential items and neighborhood information.
Our community offers on-site maintenance along with 24/7 emergency maintenance services.
We are here to help with any maintenance repairs you may need. If you experience any issues in your apartment, please submit a maintenance request through the resident portal or contact the office.
Upon receiving your work order request, our office team will contact you for a preferred time and date to complete the requested repair, if permission to enter was not given.
No, your presence is not required. When creating your work order request, you have the option to grant the team “permission to enter” in case you are not at home.
If you find yourself locked out, please contact a locksmith for assistance in resolving the issue.
We encourage you to make your new space feel like home. You are welcome to engage in basic decorating, such as hanging artwork and putting up curtains. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact the office.
Our community features a smoke-free environment, resort-style pool and spa, 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center, social lounge, dog park, two fireplaces, grilling stations, on-site coffee bar, EV charging stations, parcel lockers, covered parking, and an abundance of additional amenities.
The community pool and spa are open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM.
Your apartment will include either a reserved carport or a detached garage, depending on the specific unit you choose. Additionally, uncovered parking is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Every home comes equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

A refundable deposit of $250 is required, along with a non-refundable pet fee of $250. Additionally, there is a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet, applicable for up to two pets.

The office cannot accommodate package deliveries, but we provide secure parcel lockers accessible 24/7 for your convenience. Our team collaborates with all couriers to ensure the successful delivery of your packages.
Our fitness center is open every day, all day, to meet all your fitness needs.
We offer a variety of fitness equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, free weights, and resistance machines.
Our aim is to make sure every resident enjoys their experience at The Premiere at Dana Park. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.
Exploring our apartments is completely free of charge.
Our team is ready to assist you every day of the week. You can either visit us for walk-in tours or arrange an appointment for a later date. To reduce any waiting time, we encourage you to schedule your appointment online or directly with our staff.
The management team is located onsite in the leasing office and is available to assist you six days a week, Monday through Saturday.

Your move-in expenses will vary depending on the lease start date, deposits, fees, and any ongoing promotions. After you submit your application, our team will provide you with a detailed cost sheet outlining your move-in charges.
We prefer online payment, however, if you are having issues you can pay using a check or certified funds. If you’re experiencing difficulty making your payment, please reach out to the office for further assistance.
Rent can be paid online via the resident portal or in person at the office.
There will be extra monthly fees, including utilities and a community lifestyle fee. A detailed breakdown of all monthly charges will be provided on your move-in cost sheet before you relocate.
There is a $123.00 monthly amenity fee that covers select services. Please contact the office for a full breakdown of what is included.

Reach out to Smartaira to activate your internet and cable. This fee is included in your amenity fee.
Our community features a resident referral program. When you refer a friend who signs a lease with us, you’ll receive a $500 rent credit. For more details and any restrictions, please reach out to the leasing office.

Regrettably, there are no discounts offered for extended lease periods. Monthly payments are required and must be made on the first day of each month.
Our community provides transfer options both onsite and to other communities. Please note that all deposits and fees are paid individually to each community. For further inquiries about transfer options, please contact the leasing office.
Subleasing is not allowed. All leaseholders are required to complete the qualification process in order to be added to the lease and reside on the property.
We provide an option for early lease termination. The termination fee depends on your monthly charges. To proceed, we ask for written notice 30 days in advance along with the termination fee.
The bus stop is at Southern and Val Vista, approximately less than a 1/4 mile from the property.
Our community is conveniently located near Circle K, Costco, Walmart, Fry’s, various restaurants, and other local shops.
We are located in Gilbert Public Schools. The elementary school is Johnson Elementary School (PK-6), with Taylor Junior High and Gilbert High School serving older students.
Our community features an onsite dog park. The nearest public dog park is Countryside Dog Park at 3130 E Southern Ave, Mesa, AZ 85204.
The closest bike trail is Sun Circle Trail on S Lindsay Rd, Mesa, AZ 85204.

Starbucks is located at the northwest corner of Val Vista and Southern, just minutes from the community.
Our community is conveniently located off Hwy-60 and Val Vista Dr. When you exit Highway 60, head north on Val Vista, then make a right into our parking lot. You will find us just past the Circle K on the right.
